Business Migration Australia:

There are three ways to establish business in Australia and get the permanent residence.

  • Business Owner Category

  • Senior Executives Category

  • Migrant Talent Program Category

Business Owner Eligibility:

This visa is for business owners from overseas who intend to own a business in Australia, and are less than 45 years of age. Business Owner (Provisional) visas allow people who have ownership interests in businesses) to reside in Australia for up to 4 years to establish or invest in a business there.
  1. You have a successful business background.
  2. Throughout at least 2 of the last 4 fiscal years immediately before applying you (or you and your spouse together) had net assets in a business of at least AUD$200,000?
  3. If the business provides professional, trade, or technical services, then throughout at least 2 out of the last 4 fiscal years immediately before applying, you have spent at least 50% of your time in managing the business rather than providing such services.
  4. Throughout at least 2 of the last 4 fiscal years immediately before applying your main business (or main businesses together) had an annual turnover of at least AUD$500,000
  5. You, or you and your spouse together, have net assets of at least AUD$500,000
  6. You have vocational English. There are no English language requirements if sponsored by a State/Territory government.

 

Senior Executive Eligibility:

This visa is for senior executive employees of major overseas businesses, who have significant net assets and a genuine and realistic commitment to participate in the management of a new or existing business.
  • You must be less than 45 or 55 if nominated from State
  • You have been responsible for strategic policy development affecting a major component or a wide range of operations of that business
  • You have occupied a position in the three highest levels of the management structure of a major business.
  • Your (or your and your spouses) total assets have a net value of at least A$500,000, and were legally acquired
  • You have sufficient assets (additional to those above) of at least A$100,000 to settle in Australia.
  • You must have a vocational level of English

Talent Migrant Program Eligibility:

This visa is designed for high calibre business people who are owners or part owners of an overseas business and have a genuine and realistic commitment to participate in the management of a new or existing business in Australia. 
  • You must be less than 55 years old
  • You (and your spouse combined) had net assets in a qualifying business of A$400,000 for at least two (2) of the four (4) fiscal years immediately before you apply.
  • The annual turnover of your main business (or two main businesses combined) was at least A$3,000,000 in at least two of the four fiscal years immediately before you apply.
  • Your (or your and your spouse's) total assets have a net value of at least A$1,500,000, and were legally acquired and are capable of being transferred to Australia within two years of being granted this visa.

If you satisfy any of the requirements of above-mentioned category then you may qualify for Australian Business Migration.
